I advise many of the world’s leading brands and advertising agencies on a wide range of issues covering all aspects of advertising law and regulation. This includes regulatory issues with the Advertising Standards Authority, Clearcast, Ofcom and other regulators; drafting and negotiating client/ agency agreements and celebrity talent contracts; content advice for advertising and sales promotion campaigns in the UK and abroad; and dispute resolution, such as third party claims of IP infringement in advertising campaigns.

I'm the Partner that leads the Advertising & Marketing Law Sector Focus Group at Lewis Silkin, as well as the sole UK member of the Global Advertising Lawyers’ Alliance.
